Senate vote on Van Gytenbeek confirmation

Just a note to urge all of you to contact the members of the Washington state Senate Natural Resources Committee and support the confirmation of Pete Van Gytenbeek as a member of the Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission. The vote may occur as early as sometime this week so don't delay. Pete has served as an unconfirmed member of the Commission for almost two years and has been the point man for efforts to obtain C&R regulations for wild steelhead statewide, year round. If he is not confirmed it is highly unlikely that we will have another opportunity to implement this important conservation measure.
