Bonneville Dam Count Question

Does anyone know which side is the Washington side and which one is the Oregon side? They have a left side and a right side. I imagine that the left side is Washington side. But which way do you look at the dam from the downstream or from the upstream side. I fished below Bonneville last weekend and did well. None of the locals knew which side was which. Please help,thanks.FISH ON!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't matter if you are facing up river or down there is still an OR side and a Wash side and it is the same no matter what. facing up river it is the right side that is the OR side and if you are facing down it is the left side.
