Coastal River Conditions - Weekend - 10/24/01 09:10 AM

Are the coastal rivers going to be in shape on Saturday? The weather forcast is now calling for rain on Friday but the question is how much and will the rivers blow again. Will need to make the go/no go decision Thursday night or Friday morning. confused

The Harbor rivers, Satsop, Nooch and others are a BIG maybe, depending on the amount of rain to come. If it quit raining NOW, it would be a sure thing. I did see fish caught on one local river yesterday. It is not hard to figure out where! Most of the rivers are not that high as they are off color. confused

It is hard to say. The Duc and Dickey were fishable today but the rest were still blown. It has started raining hard agian and with the rivers on the edge it dosent look good. If it keeps raining like I think they may not be back anytime soon.

Wow, I just looked at that weather link Bob D. It looks like a big storm just hit the coast and after that we have another one on its way. We might not be fishable for 4 or 5 days if this keeps up.
