Digging razor clams this Friday - 11/15/01 06:07 PM

Looking for 1-3 folks to share digging, finding and lantern activities. I will be up there by myself on Friday night yet, clamming is a team effort. Email a phone number or post here if you have feedback. There is a sensational amount of clams in the sand and should well be worth our effort.

Low tide is at 7:14 and is a -1.1' The wind and rain are going to be minimal but, my only reservation is the swell forcasted at 13'. Is a 13' swell to tough to deal with on the beach ie. hiding shows etc.

I think it will be good. Anyone dig on Tuesday?

No takers eh?

Notice: A large raft of logs is drifting toward Longbeach and is expected to arrive tomorrow night. It broke loose from an ocean going tug and contains 1000's of large logs. Diggers should beware.

I am still going but will take a close look before turning my back to the sea to dig.

Gotta love those chewy, yummi clams
