Pickling Fish. Ever heard of "The Hunting and Fishing Libary" series? By Silvia Bashline, 1982. Awesome books. You want "Cooking and Cleaning Fish". It covers pickling, brine, smoking, deep fried, fried, baking, Lox, ect. The other book which is also good in that series is "Dressing and Cooking Wild Game". If you can not find it {also ask at the libary} I'd be happy to either mail you or fax you copies of the pickling recipe. Did you know? That Simon Peter was a Bait Fisherman? I think Steelhead. His brother was a fly Fisherman, that's why I think he never advanced to Saint! smile

Remember the movie "A River Runs Through It?" His dad was a pastor and told his two boys that Peter must of been a fly fisherman.{Their dad was a hard core trout fly fisherman}. Peter was a fisherman and so was Andrew, his brother, when Jesus met them. Peter went on to be called "Saint Peter" and wrote many scriptures, his brother did not. Sorry, with the name, Fish Jesus I asumed you would of got that one. Still a great name.

G-MAN, I loved that movie! My name was given to me by a friend one day that he couldn't buy a fish and I couldn't keep them off.
