Cowlitz fishable flows?

I am planning to head to Blue Creek on Thurs. or Friday. What flow rate (CFS) should I look for before I drive all the way down there. I would hate to burn a day of vacation to find the river up and out of shape. I went down there Sunday afternoon for the first time ever. Wow, what a show. I have never in my life seen a circus like that. There had to be at least 100 people fishing that place.
