Kid Sauk has left the building! - 01/24/02 07:35 PM

To all my fellow fisherpeople here on Bob's board, just wanted to say that I have become a man now and had to drop the "kid" part of my moniker. Everybody knows me as Justin for the most part since that is my name, heh heh, and I thought that it was time for a change......Justin time that is wink

Justin, these guys should know the actual reason for the change - you finally became a 'man' with consumation of the flesh. And justin time refers to it finally happening for you just before you turn 30. laugh Congrats!

Or I could be teasing you. wink
--------------

Ah, I'm teasing him - he's a stud on fire! Watch out ladies.

Thanks, guys, but if that's what you call being a man, then I've been a man for a loooooong time! laugh Okay, maybe not been that long of a time, but long enough to know there are only a few things out there in this world that are just about as good as fishing. wink

Brad, didn't get a chance to talk to you after I left that hole last time on the zipperlip. Would've liked to chat with ya but I was going nuts with all the crowds up there and I had to get moving. How'd ya end up doing?

Was it the whole Pam Anderson-Lee-Anderson-Lee-Anderson-Hossenfeffer thing that soured you to the name? Or was it when these pictures surfaced of what Kid Rock USED to look like:

Whichever it is, welcome to wherever you are.

Still Kid Sauk for those that know me, but for the board I'm now Rock 'n' Roe.

P.S. Keith and James, thanks a lot you guys! I had to put the "Roe" part of it in there because you guys and Superfly have turned me into a serious egg whore! eek

BK, you're back homes, wassup? I forgot to mention that you are part of the reason that I am an egg whore now too! wink

That's only the second time I've seen Scott on the river and the second time I've struck gold while he struck out! He's still pissed about that day I pulled those fish out of my hat on the snuh....snuh...snuhkwalahhmee. heh heh

Scott should know by now that it's a bad idea to fish behind my boat, especially with you in it, BK. laugh

And, BK, that wasn't the cantellya, it was the west fork of the nunyabidney!

Man, I was hoping to get my first trip down the South Fork of the Notellum this weekend. Or was that North Fork? West?!?!? confused Well, that was until the Monsoon hit... When do you guys think it'll be back in shape? I mean, for a river that small.. I mean big.. Er, avergage???

Rock n Roe? Makes you sound like a cracker.... Real fisherman call them eggs. Just Kidding.
BK, I see you finally made it home. Hopefully next time you are down this way we can do a little fishing.

He'll always be known as "The Kid" within the inter circles of Team Vision.

It's a fitting name, on more then one level! eek

Re: Kid Sauk has left the building! - 01/25/02 12:25 PM

Hey RNR how's it going? That day on the ZL I decided to hang out up top to avoid the masses. You did leave one in the tail out for me "thanks" but that's not like you. We ended up with two in the box and one with a sore lip, not a bad day on the river, but is there ever a bad day on the river!

Let's get out there sometime and torment some fish on the ZL or any river for that matter. peace

I like the new name "Rock n roe"

You guys are too much! laugh

I could've been Rock n' Row as in rowing the driftboat because we all know that I didn't get my shoulders from running the tiller on the sled wink I still can't figure out why one of my forearms is bigger than the other eek

RANDY, LMAO! Craven Moorehead, heh heh

For those of you that fish with me, I'm still "The Kid" always have been and always will be.

Kently, darling rolleyes , I am still affectionately known as World Famous and I will be appearing in that grand publication in the future I'm sure wink Just don't rub it in too hard!

Brad, glad to hear that you hit some fish up there on the Imnottellin after we left. I knew that there were some more in the tail but I was too damn tired to row back up and hit it again. As a matter of fact, I would've been a lot more sociable but I was beat from a hard night of partying the night before and I was definately worse for wear. Keep in touch and we'll get together and fish on the cantellya or the nunyabidney soon wink cool

Rock on!

Moniker indecision for the Kid. It hits all of us sooner or later Justin. So I think we should post some suggestions for our friend here. I mean "Rock N Roe' isn't too bad - IF YOU'RE A CRACKER. ... Nah, jk. But we'll give ya some more to consider just for the fun of it.

Some moniker suggestions for Justin (add jk after the appropriate ones wink :

- This Justin
- Got Vision
- NW All Star
or:
- Fishass
- Dough Ball of Fame
- Coo Mon
- Butt Snaggin Fool
- Floss Pro

----------------

While at it, here's some monikers for flame warriors (not for Justin obviously):

- Hall of Flame
- Whine
- Up in Flames
- Flame Retard Ant
- Mind If I Crap In Here?

BK moniker ideas:

- Be Kewl
- Big King
- Balls from the Klondike eek
- Been Krabbed

Dave- first off I honestly never understood the Heywood Jablome, now I get it! eek I'm from Battle Ground ya know...
Justin "Rock-n-Roe" is better but as mentioned earlier what the hell is Roe... Isn't that what you buy at the store pre-cured... :p That's like the canadians calling female steelhead does or downswingers boots.
If you go with this name, next time you fish with james and I don't ever call our eggs ROE!! wink Cause you'll be using a pink rubber worm the rest of the day!! laugh

How about these:
Fly guy- wait your a bait fisherman rolleyes
Chromedome- what we all like to see laugh
King of Beers- Oh wait, you didn't keep up :p
30+ Pound Nate- Now that's authority eek
Nocantellya- Simply said
Mel Gibson- My sis said you looked like him
Spoongoon- No offense anyone..

Hope something works... Whatever you pick we'll all like, even if it does say ROE in it...

BK Broiler, about fell out of the chair again...

Roe is one of those words that's kind of like cocoa. No matter how manly you say it, you still sound like a wuss. Some suggestions to keep the rock n roll theme:

KickStartMyWiggleWart
MetalHed (tribute to Zepplin, of course)
StoneflyTemplePilots
AliceInBeadChains
NeopreneDream

Actually, I kinda like that last one. If you want it you'd better take it soon.

laugh laugh laugh
Now if anyone can teach him the tune, he will have
his own song......

And then he'll roe, roe, roe
Right up the river he will roe--oh roe--oh row
He will kiss her now and then
She will tell him when..
And he will row..roe..row!!!

I bet Aunty M knows the tune..

This Justin. I'm starting to agree with Doug and some others dude - "Kid Sauk" rocks as a moniker.

btw Doug, his dad is doing well; just heard from Justin the other day. But Kid Sauk isn't doing quite so good after his most recent visit to the VD clinic. Seems they wouldn't accept his 10 holes punched card for one free treatment. And that's not all. They won't validate his parking receipt anymore. rolleyes

Very true DJ. But let me ascert that there are a whole lot of cool places in between those two extremes, ay! laugh

btw, while some of the guys are changing their monikers, will you consider changing your stale signature? Heck, we're all mad as hell, but we won't take your signature anymore! wink ... Nah, but with your wit you can do better?

But it's such a good movie (Network)! The only movies I've seen lately have been low on the script content and more of an...er...action flick. And what fun is it to quote that stuff?
