I think Balcombs in Montesano is out of business...is there anyone who does reel repair in the Aberdeen or Olympia areas? Thanks

Don't know of anyone in Olympia.. might want to try ollie Damons in portland they have a web site.

The Dennis Co can tell you were to get it fixed.I think the guys name is John Corisino in Aberdeen he used to have Big Mouth Johns fishing store in Aberdeen and I have seen his buisness card at the Dennis Co.

One of the best and least expensive ways to get your Shimano reel fixed is to send it back to Shimano. I have sent back quite a few over the years and seldom ,if ever is there a charge for the repair.The biggest drawback is that you will be out a reel for two to three weeks.
