Classic Drift Bobbers - 02/09/02 12:52 PM

Does anyone know of any links to see some of the old drift bobbers like the Glo-gos, Grizzleys and Okies? If not, does anyone have any pictures of the classics?

Thanks and have a Great day!

Ok, Here we go. Some Birdies, glo-go's and Okies for ya. I am not sure what you mean by Grizzly's?

There was once Grizzly Tackle but I think they are now gone.

Yep FP, grizzly tacle is long gone. I do elieve, Grizzly was theoriginator of the Okie and Ray bobber in big production scale (may have originated by somone else, but sold under Grizzly name). I do elieve he sold his commpany, or the rights to it, of to luhr jensen. I'm sure if Buzz Ramsey was reading this, he may be able to tel you exactly since I do elieve he works fo them, an has for quite awhile.

I know I've seen, and hve, original okie's iin teir original packages made by grizzly. THese are the ld hard plastic ones. I do believe the NPO's didn't come about until Luhr Jensen bought them.

Don't quote me on this, but it's what I've heard over the years.
