Glow in the Dark?

Glow in the Dark? - 04/06/02 06:23 PM

Just wondering if anybody has had good luck with any of the "glow in the dark" lures in off color water...or any color water for that matter. I can't say I have, but then again I just don't have enough confidence in one to leave it tied on very long.

Droptine,

I troll fresh water lakes and salt water for
salmon and trout. I use Needle fish spoons,
Silver Horde plugs, and Gold Star hootchies.
My number one rule is : If it don't glow..it
don't go. laugh laugh

Glow in the dark hoochies (rubber squid) are the best for salmon and my personal favorite. Remember to take a flash bulb to charge them up before you put 'em in the water.

I've been using the glow in the dark Wiggle and Mag Warts in off color water with positive results...without even charging them...

Won't buy it is it doesn't glow. Double or triple glow are all bonuses.

Stevenbhow,

I use white wool yarn, soak it with Dick Nite's
Glow paint. It'll really light up those bugs!!
And they catch fish too!!
