Chat Upgrade

Just in time for my first Alaska-bound hosted chat ... a new upgrade of the software for tomorrow night is in place!!!

Here is a short list of some of the new features:

* (Optional) User-configurable Text Color via Popup Color Dialog
* Customizable Display via Applet Parameters (no more need for multiple client applets)
* Multiple langauges supported (English, Spanish, Arabic, Hebrew)
* New private messaging via Popup Dialogs
-->Double click on a user's name to popup a private message session.
* Subrooms are now shown in a simple pulldown menu (no longer a list component)
* Popup Emoticon Menu (Right click on text input box to use)
* Optionally launch website after user has logged out
* Additional Chat Servers
* Minor changes/additions to display popup menu (right click on display to use)
* Minor bug fixes
* Various minor changes - too numerous to list.
