How is the river level on the Kalama? Is it still driftable in the ol' boat from Prichards down?

Geez!!
At least it looks like you are plenty close enough to go look!
When I go there I just have to "hope" it is fishable, but usually it is within range for me anyways!!
2.5 hr drive for me!!

Unfortunately I do not live in Kelso now. So I am hoping someone that has seen the river in the last day or two would be kind enough to let me know if is driftable before I find out in person on Sunday. Thanks in advance for a helpful response.

I was on the Kalama on Thursday. I did see several boats on the lower river, not sure where they put in. The river is low, ultra clear and dropping. I'm a bank fisherman who fishes the upper canyon area. We caught one chrome native springer and released it. Hooked one steelie that wrapped me around a rock and broke off. Did see several roll but the fishing was tough. good luck
