Most oil injected 2strokes will comply. No 50 2 1 will meet EPA requirements. Their use will be allowed until 2006 and after except California.
None will be sold new in the US after 2006.

Otis, the real truth is that they aren't going to allow sleds with oars and a side steering wheels on the Skagit any more :p :p
