Area 8-2 & 9 (Mukilteo, Possession Bar, etc.)

What, if anything, has been showing up in the salt here. I noticed the crabbing has been closed up here for awhile. Is the fishing dead also?
Looks like a Shilshole launch for crab. Any good salt fishing down that a way?

I have yet to get downriggers, so any help with Deep Six Divers, mooching, or jigging techniques is much appreciated. I realize Blackmouth are usually deeper than the sixers go.

went out last sunday, caught a 10-12# chum, a 5 pound black mouth, and alot of shakers. fish are mostly on bottom. caught the chum in about 60' down in about 400' of water. i was using green/glow coyote spoon and a green hotspot dodger.
