LUGAR BOATS? GOOD OR BAD?

I am about to purachase a 21' lugar seaking. Has anyone ever heard of this brand of boat? Or does anyone own a lugar boat? can anyone point to in the right direction to get to a site with picutures and information on the company.would any of you reccomend me buying htis boat or not?
