It looks like it has crested, if they have never fished for Chum those should not be hard to find no matter how muddy it gets.
As someone on the board once said before just bring the black and white film for the camera.

Somewhere close to Cold Springs. Son works in Bellevue now. His father came to town to visit. We ran the sky today. Just so happens he hooked into a chrome 12 lb hen just below Sultan. They had a great time and hopefully a great dinner this evening.
