Super Bowl Grub - 02/01/15 12:27 PM

I'm doing Memphis style and St. Louis style ribs.
Also a traditional salad adorned with large shrimp.
...and the wife has some veggie wraps with a peanut sauce <gag>

Nice stuff, except for the crow.
Homemade is cool....a guy could get laid rockin' the homemade stuff.

Speared myself a big Mullet and an Octopus the day before yesterday so today I'm grinding Ceviche with salty tortilla chips. Sweet onion, tomato, green onion, pineapple, lots of lime and cilantro. Also did up a batch of salsa on the Weber. Lots and garlic and pineapple with the romas and sweet onion in the salsa. Bought a slab of Spearfish and a bag of prawns for taco's, pico and cabbage for that. Beer and green flowers. GO HAWKS!!!!

Ceviche sounds pretty good. Been a while.

Making some basic super nachos, home made guacamole, some spices shrimp and a few other things.

In terms of efficiency, at least he's more successful eating popcorn than redhook is at getting a job. But then again, isn't anything more efficient?
