The new gold backed Yuan will trade in the open markets Tuesday the 19th. Tuesday is a good day to be watching your favorite cable news station. Or you could watch the Asian and European currency markets as well as PM's starting about 6:30 PM Monday night. Should be fairly intense.

If you did not know the new Yuan is redeemable in gold and not exchangeable in US Dollars. It kinda changes things for the whole world like all of a sudden. It's going to be a bit of a shock because we will all feel the consequences fairly quickly, or immediately.

The dollar will most likely plunge once this goes online and PMs will go vertical.

When the gold backed Yuan hits the market it will be an immediate reality check, all of a sudden everyone else's currency will be obsolete. Bet Russia will announce a new gold backed currency as well soon.

I heard an interview with an econ prof about international trade about 2 months ago & he mentioned in passing that China & Russia were attempting to create a new international monetary vehicle by creating a gold backed currencies. The reason behind this is because the U.S. Dollar is the currency of choice for international trade. The buck can be traded for local currency in any country in the world, either thru legit money changers or on the black market. I had no problem swapping $2k U.S. for local currency in a Central West African country. Exchange yuan & rubles? No way they can be exchanged.
Then after the Panama papers hit the news, in a more recent interview with an investigative journalist involved with the release of some of the Panama papers findings, he bought up the fact that the U.S. monetary currency controllers may be able to seize some of the funds that are in U.S. Dollars if the funds passed thru a U.S. banking entity or any other monetary system over which they have control and that this may help to push the use of the gold backed Chinese & Russians currencies. Easier to hide the movement of money especially funds going in or leaving the U.S. How soon will the use of the new gold back currencies be common? Probably about the same as the bitcoin but who knows.Currencies changes are glacial.

Gold and silver have been going up since last Tuesday, pretty soon China is going to call it in and revalue gold and silver to the point the London and NY fix can't overcome it by selling billions short each day. China wants true value for its holdings and they have more than anyone else. Pretty soon we will be leasing gold from China so we can't print a new gold backed currency.

Gold is going to end up somewhere between $48,000. And $60,000. Per ounce in the short term, silver will readjust to its proper ratio of somewhere between 10 to 1 and 16 to 1. It needs to account for all the wealth of the world and there just is not that much of it to go round. In the long run gold could go much higher than $60,000 per ounce.

Just to partially back the Yuan gold needs to be at a minimum of $68,000. Per ounce.

And it is officially already backing the Yuan, in the next couple weeks Russia is going to release a gold backed Ruble.

Gold is approaching the $1300 benchmark and silver the $18. It's been almost straight up since Tuesday the19th regardless of the billions every day sold short by the Western banks. They are trying like hell to stop it but they can't anymore. Demand for physical has been extremely high and supply very low for too long.

Did you know that both the US Commerce department and the Cencus bureau have been forcing coin shops to give them information related to sales since about 10 months ago. They want to know how much gold and silver is being sold cash sales vs credit. They are not asking who is buying what yet but coin shops, bullion dealers and scrap buyers are legally supposed to keep track who's buying and who is selling what.

Think about it, Deutsche Bank just settled a lawsuit admitting that they have been involved in the illegal price suppression of gold. The banks have been working with the Comex, London and NY fix to keep the price suppressed for the federal reserve. If gold breaks out the Fiat system collapses. This is why they sell gold short every day by trading worthless paper shares by the billions to stop the explosion in price. All the while China, India and Russia have been buying physical on the cheep with worthless US dollars, transferring it from West to East.

Now they have the majority of it and can set the price which they are starting to do. Pretty soon it can't be stopped. There is no telling where the price will end up but conservatively 48 to 60 thousand per ounce in the short term.

Good for Britain. Independence is a good thing although it is antithetical to the one world, open borders loony fringe. Britain tried it and suffered the ramifications of foreign nations dictating domestic policy. Pension systems have started to fail in some California cities, drawers are now getting 10% of what they were, Texas has a bunch of cities and counties where pension systems are getting ready to fail. Private systems in NeW York and New Jersey failed a few weeks ago. Its a chain reaction which has started and which will be greatly exasperated when the stock market corrects shortly.

The republican healthcare plan; they never intended to pass that bill or vote on it for that matter, they can't repeal Obongocare or create a new plan, their only option is to let it collapse. The reason why is simple, "CIvil Liability", individual americans who are on subsidized medical would have damages if the government either flat out repeals Obongocare or puts in place a new plan which repeals benefits from subsidized Americans. If they just let it collapse under its own weight they are not at fault and not on the hook for damages.
They only presented a bill to make it appear they were trying to do something, but they never actually intended to do anything.

Watch the markets monday, they announced pulling the bill right after the market closed on purpose because it's going to start a sharp decline on that announcement.

Maybe it didn't go to shat on Wednesday the 15th but, its quickly on its way.

I don't know if anybody has noticed but "S%^$ has been hitting the fan" for some time now, in fact the whole time this thread has been going society both socially and economically has been collapsing.

It's been happening a little day by day so you don't notice much, you just notice that things are a little worse and people are a little crazier from week to week. Every problem gets a little worse each week but nothing gets better.

When Illinois goes bankrupt officially that might push things over the edge where it can't be hidden any longer. Currently Illinois has not paid a "bill" in over 2 years, it has not ratified a budget in 70 months, every household in the state is on the hook for a staggering $27,000. per year, just to pay the state and local government pensions. There is a long list of other states that are almost as bad as Illinois

Washington state is considered in good shape with a 27 billion in unfunded liability for state and local retirements. All these government retirement systems nationwide are totally insolvent, trillions of unfunded liability, and all those drawers have tens of trillions of debt, living retirement one check to the next. In order to pay the monthly checks alone the systems need and 8 to 11% rate of return on the accounts, because of that all the money is in the only place you can make that kind of money, "the stock market", which is in the biggest bubble ever. when that bubble pops watch out.

So, do we have a date then?
