It will just get worse and even though some of you big bad @ss Trump fans talk tough I have a feeling you're breathing a sigh of relief because you're NOT going to lose your health care to a more expensive and extremely poorly thought out Trump plan for failure. This would have been one of your first regrets for voting for the @sshole. You got away with this one but hang on because there will be more ways in which he screws the suckers that voted for him. I don't like Trump, but I'll give him credit about Obamacare being flawed, and probably fatally so. However, his widely flung goons in the GOP Congress are so myopic that they can't see the forest for the trees. Heck, they could have had an easy success and benefited the American people if they'd stop taking the bribes from Big Pharma and Insurance and repeal and pass legislation allowing Americans to shop their prescriptions in Canada and Mexico or anywhere they can get a better deal than the rigged prices in the U.S. And allow Medicare to negotiate prescription prices too, instead of being forced by law to pay MSRP set by the Pharma companies. And legislation allowing Americans to buy health insurance in any state, country or wherever they want, seeking the best deal.

Of course the real winner that would be consistent with Trump's promise is legislation creating a single payer national health plan that would be better and cheaper than Obamacare. But no self-respecting Congressional Republican would sully his or her reputation by actually doing something that benefits all Americans instead of just the rich and super-rich.

I hope he's got a hoop.... I'm going to kick Slo's as$ in the white version of American basketball

What happened to that Bill was part of a strategy, there was never any intention to pass it.

Obongocare will collapse under its own weight without any civil liability to the federal government. Soon there will be no insurers under Obongocare and it has already been defunded with the "relief act" executive order.

Obongocare created a system where the federal government was tasked to redistribute wealth to the individual states to pay for Medicaid and subsidized insurance. Soon the states will be getting much less money, so they will have to decide how to continue subsidized insurance if at all without much help from the feds.

With the collapse of Obongocare and without a replacement government run medical program the feds are off the hook for all liability and all the infrastructure that supports it.

In the near future the States will have to decide between mandated services and non mandated services because they will have much less money to play with.

This was part of a well thought out strategy.
