Gym workout rant - 04/15/17 10:20 PM

I try and workout 6 days a week....until fishing gets hot and in WA that means I workout 6 days a week. Today at LA Fitness, I did 30 minutes of cardio and then hit the weights for chest and tri's, but it was where the young male idiots strut. Tattooed, hats on backwards, slamming weights down, talking $%&, but they're lifting half what I'm doing and they're half my age.
Hey jerkoffs: workout, shut up, be courteous of others, don't slam weights and keep looking in the mirror...you're nothing.....but get another full arm tattoo, it will make you look even more stupid.

I agree with everything you said except the part about working out 6 days a week.

Excellent analogy. And the answer IMO is yes.

The '90s were worse with the steroid freaks strutting around. Now it's just the Mountian Ops flat brimmed wannabe Facebook steroid freaks.

The Mill Creek La Fitness ain't too bad. With a degenerative hip I mostly hang in pool, with the elderly asians, and hot tub, with the Russians/Ukraines who mostly don't make an ass of themselves.

Got a good workout the last three weekends. Did some interior framing on an old 3 story house. Lost 9 pounds and did a few hundred flights of stairs lifting a [Bleeeeep!] ton of tools.
