Are they deployed there to stop illegals and drugs from entering? Do you think they might be deployed for fugitive apprehension instead, maybe for the thousands of indictments which are going to get served as arrest warrants very soon, many in positions of power and influenced, people who are idolized will be arrested?
Once the news breaks "or does not break until after", as the media, internet and cell communication are likely to get shut down for a couple days so these fugitives will not be able to communicate to orchestrate an escape by ground via the Mexican boarder. They wont be able to fly out for obvious reasons so the southern boarder is their only option for possible escape when this happens.
Very soon I think, the storm is happening.
