I was in grade school during the early WrestleMania days in the mid 80's. The Hulk, Rowdy, Andre, JYD, Macho, Super Fly, The Sheik and all the gang were in their prime. Good times in the backyard. Lots of upset moms. Lots of groundings. Surprised nobody was paralyzed or arrested.

My favorites as a kid were the Von Erichs vs the Free birds and the 4 horsemen. I loved Piper's pit like when he smashed a coconut over Snuka's head. Later on in my early 20's I got into WCW vs RAW and I was on TV with a sign for the Dudleys once lol. 9th row. Big Show's head is the size of a pumpkin.

As a kid in the 60s I thought TV wrestling was way cool, . . . until I learned it was just a show and all fake. Super disappointment. Never understood why anyone cares about it since.

I will tell you why. Wrestling is scripted yes,so is Law and Order, and Thor. People love those shows. The draw with wrestling, when it is done right,is they tell a story. You suspend disbelief. I always knew it was far fetched that guys could get hit that hard and that many times and get up. But when I see a good promo, and a good build up,and guys who are talented and put it all out there, and give their bodies for my entertainment, and have badass characters,I have always loved it. I don't watch cartoon wrestling but I am following a new promotion called AEW and I have a tendency to watch old Ric Flair promos like this one...WHOOOOOOO

Sorry Avid, I couldn't get beyond a few seconds of that. And my standards for cheap entertainment ain't all that high. But they're higher than that.

Agree, you couldn't pay me to watch that crap. My first disappointment in life was Sea Monkey's....I knew from the jump wrestling was fake.

You got any video footage of your badassery? I'm willing to bet there's a guy out there who would never brag about it,and he's that quiet dude that once you pissed him off ,it wouldn't be pretty. There's always someone out there who is bigger, faster, smarter, stronger, more violent. I mean you spout off this [Bleeeeep!] here, but have you ever seen violence REALLY?

No, I don't. I trained for a couple years at a local gym and I am fine with the hands. I'm no stranger to getting pieced up myself.

Your attention span must be the size of a gnat for you to not see what I responded to, unless you are This Midwest AIDS victim.

It's funny you bring this up coming from a guy starting a pro wrestling thread. Now run along and eat your Cheetos and chug that 2liter of mt.dew. Remember to wash the cheeto paste off your hands before...
You know..

A real wrestling fan would have gotten the reference . Again you have shown yourself to be predictable, lacking in wit,and not very entertaining. You basically suck at internetting .

What reference?
You smoked yourself retarded?
Lacking in wit...shyit, go seek some professional help scrub.

:38. You need to brush up on your wrestling . You also need to hang it up regarding the internet. I hope you are more fun in real life. It would be a drag having to explain everything to you.

I got to meet and hang with the Diaz bros and cowboy cerrone at a grapplers quest in Vegas back in 2013. Back when nick wasn't a coke fiend.
Hockey is another sport where you gotta be fuckin crazy and full of piss and vin to do. Watching my dad play growing up you get to see and hear $hit that kids probably shouldn't. Especially on a rink that wasn't completely surrounded by glass and serve beer.
