Well since there has been reminders on every fishing board about April 30. I was wondering, Do you have to mail it in or can you just go to somewhere like Wal-Mart or Auburn Sports and Marine and turn it in with your 2003 Purchase? Over on another site it seems they are all mailing them in. Just curious first complete year fishing Washington
