With the spring chinook fishing right around the corner was wondering how many guides have charter license or have both to fish below the longview bridge. Might be have some family come from South Dakota and do a couple trips. Thanks for the help.

Clancy's Guided Sportfishing (1.800.871.9549) has a charter license. I have used Clancy's a couple of times and he is good. Some buddies and I are planning a trip with him on Jan. 17th.
