I have a Honda 8 horse about '97 or so, the carb fouled up so I took it apart and cleaned it up as best I could. I have never been into a carb before and just went on the advice some people gave me. The motor runs better now but it smells like raw gas, my question is the idle mixture screw, how to properly adjust it. I just fooled with it until the motor ran as smooth I could get it. which way is richer and leaner?
