That head looks remarkably similar to a Rat Fish.

Same genus as a Rat Fish; Chimaera.

How about a Rusty Rat?

That's a ratfish alright.... not really a new fish, just never been seen in that locale. They always reminded of something out of a Dr. Suess book.... one fish, two fish, red fish , blue fish!
