Dewatto bay silver

there are tons of fish out there but they dont want to bite, all iv seen out there are a bunch of people using buzz bombs and snagging them , I had a couple bites using pink wiggle worts, they wont stay on my line. is anyone else doing any good?

I caught several last weekend on a #4 chartreuse vibrax spinner. The spinner of choice is rooster tails. The bite is at daybreak.
