Lots of talk over here in the news and papers that BSU coach Dan Hawkins is a front runner for the U.W coaching job. They say he won't talk to them until after the season but you know that they are talking already. You Dawg fans could do a lot worse than Dan, he is pretty good.

Whatever it takes. No more retreads. Build the program and make montlake a house of horror for opposing teams. MAke it hard for the top tier HS kids to think about any other program than UW or WSU.

I've really enjoyed watching BSU play this year. I know their coach is good because, outside of querterback, I just don't see them having much more talent than Washington. I would be pleased to see him as the coach! However, the President and AD are not local and I can see them going after talent nationwide.
