Everywhere I have taken this I have got the same reaction...AMAZING!
Everyone want to know what the marinated is. It is very similar to Sky-guy's.
1/2 cup soy
2/3 cup oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
2T lemon juice
a pinch of salt(optional with all the soy)
Pepper and garlic to taste(a teaspoon each usually)
Marinate for 24-48 hours and grill 4-5 minutes per side depending on how you like your steak.
Also works very well with chicken breasts or thighs!
