I wanted my first post in this section to be a good one, so here you go...
Pan seared wild duck and fontina cheese pizza with rosemary, goat cheese and caramelized onions
step one:
shoot a duck
step two:
fillet the duck
step three:
make or purchase dough(I like trader joe's), roll out dough, spread goat cheese onto dough, sprinkle dried rosemary and spread honey caramelized onions
step four:
pan sear duck in basil olive oil until medium rare. let stand for 5 minutes and slice thin. spread across pizza
step five:
shred or chop fontina cheese and sprinkle over pizza
step six:
place in oven @ 350 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown
