WTB 9'6 or 10' 8 wt. and reel

Looking to try some nymphing for steelhead and swinging for chummers this coming fall and winter and am looking for a good used fly rod. It will be my first bug rod so I need a reel too. Thanks-Tom

what kind of budget are you looking at?

$200.00 -300.00 is what I'd like to spend but could spend more if I was persuaded with something really nice-T.

Have you looked at a Redington CPS? you should head to the fly shop in Poulsbo and check out the rods over there.

i have a okuma helios 8/9wt reel with rio multi tip line. but i dout you want to spend the price im asking...$200 obo.

i baught it all from ted's in lynwood for just under $300 line is only used a handfull of times and cleaned after each use. the reel is a few months old and in dman good condition aside from a couple small nicks on the bottum of it when the rod slipped off my car.

im also open to trades aswell...

i really want a st croix 9;6" 4-10 casting rod. to match my new spinning rod.

im not to firm on the price. although they are hardly used and in very good condition...and the only reason im selling the line and reel is because im trading my 8wt for a custom tied fast action 6wt.

so i have no real need for the 8wt line and reel...
