How many hours are on the motor and have you owned it since new? Does it come with a tank?

I bought it used this year to use on a drift boat on the Willamette river. However, my dad got a Duckworth so I only use the drift boat without the motor now. It always starts right away and shows little signs of wear. Yes it does come with a fuel tank.
