lone eagle 44 mag with bushnell dot trophy sight

i bought this pistol on ifish to use a a special hunt in washington.should have read reg. closer must use a revolver. it has a bushnell dot trophy sight. asking 400 or trade if sold thru ifish donation to jennie

What special hunt requires a revolver since the regulations state that a "handgun" must have a minimum barrel length of 4" and fire a minimum of 24 caliber centerfire cartridge? ( cougars may be hunted with .22 centerfire cartridge.)

there are special rules for area 6066 chehalis valley for elk. shotgun muzzle loader or revolver

Firearms restriction zones. Since you can get a T/C handgun in .308 WIN, they limit it to revolvers, shotguns, ML or bow. The idea is to use "limited range weapons". I know, a .44 Rem Mag is limited range, but to stop the second guessing, they limit it by action, not cartridge.

I have one of those in .243 win. with a burris 2-7x scope. It will smack the 4" steel gong(200yds.) 1 shot right after the other using store bought federal 100gr loads. Its only sighted in a couple inches high at 100yds. 44mag aint gonna compare to that trajectory(or any revolver for that matter). Those barrels were made all the way up to 300 win mag. Can you say wrist rifle. If you still have that after the tax money is divied I may take it off your hands.

Please advise if the gun is still for sale. If so, please tell me if the gun is 'blue' or stainless steel. Is there any rust on it? Does the gun have a muzzle brake? Any info would be most appreciated.
