Aire Super Puma. - 12/10/03 07:06 PM

Selling my Super puma. Its 11 feet long with a air floor. Full black powdercoated frames. Tackle trays built in. Wood floors, lean bar, fish on swivel seat, fish on holders, 3 cataract 8 foot sticks with mag blades. anchor system, Adjustable rower seat and a pump. This boat is ready to fish.
Its been down the Duc's Bear creek run so many times I cant count. And the Calawah is no match at any level if your a decent rower! You dont have to know the way in this boat. It will go over or around almost anything! If it wont a little shove and your off and running!
I will take a digital photo tonight and post a pic of this boat! Im asking 2500 OBO.

Lofty,

I have a raft (maravia spider with downriver frame room for three).

When I had my f150, I threw the frame on the truck rack and the deflated boat in the back. Now I have access to a 12 foot utility trailer, which makes things easier and puts me on and off the water faster (no need to inflate at put in and deflate at take out).

Rafts draw less water, are great for lower water and more forgiving against rocks. A driftboat will get you on the water faster, has more "dry" storage and is easier to row. If you pull plugs all day, get a driftboat.

My reason for a raft was twofold: my wife didn't want to see a driftboat in the front yard (the raft sits on an elevated platform in the garage); and I wanted the ability to leave the frame at home and use it as a paddle boat.

Tight lines.

I've fished out of this little river jeep quite a few times in WA and BC and I'll vouch that it's a sweet setup. The custom frame alone would set you back close to a grand today. Nice ride.
