cured or uncured eggs

Good Morning , I'm looking for some help. Someone broke into my garage and stole all my eggs and most of my gear. Home owners paid for my gear. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find good quality cured or uncured eggs. I'm willing to pay top dollar for good quality roe. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have bought cured and un-cued eggs from Ed. I was very satisfied with both, but I will probably go with his cured eggs from now on.
He ships overnight and mine arrived in Kelso, WA still frozen. Hopes this helps.
