Motor is a 2008 Mercury Optimax 115hp 2 stroke DFI motor. It comes with a jet pump and tiller handle. Motor was just fully checked out by Cascade Marine. Has been very well maintained throughout the life of the motor.
-412 Hrs. over half of these hours are below 3000rpm
-Compression is 115/115/118 psi
-No major codes or faults for the lifetime of the motor
-4 blade stainless steel impeller
-"Hot Shoe" Welded on intake fins, cut and blended liner, pump blended and opened up for better flow
-Always run with Mercury Quickleen and fuel conditioner
-Never has sat more than 3 weeks without being run for the past 4 years
-Fuel Filters, air filters, spark plugs and all other maintenance performed regularly. Always run with a 10 micron water/fuel seperator
-De-carbed once a year
-Always run with Mercury Optimax oil. NEVER anything else
-Motor has never seen saltwater
Motor pushes my 17' sled to 38 with a light load and the holeshot is instant. Typically day on the river side drifting will only burn 4-5 gallons. Extremely fuel efficient and not bad on oil. More power, lighter and more fuel efficient than any 115 4 stroke you're going to find. Comes turn key ready to bolt on. No 16 week leadtime for a jet unit or additionally $500 for a tiller. I even have the flywheel lifting ring for the motor.
The motor is currently on my sled and I'm available to let any serious buyers test drive it on the lake. After mid November it will be coming off the boat and going into a shop for consignment. Serious buyers only, and I already have a shop picked out for consignment if it doesn't sell. I am located in Lake Stevens, WA
