Bass Fishing - 03/23/07 10:16 PM

I just got into Large Mouth fishing last year. When do they start biting what does the water temp need to be and what kind of lure/bait is needed for this time of year? Has any one been to bonnie lake in the last few weeks? If so how was it?

Thanks

Click here to read some good entry level bass tactics.

Id say the season is in full swing now. 50 and up like T-dot said. Its getting about the time of year when you can use just about anything but keep it simple. Texas rig a worm or a lizard.

Bonnie lake probably doesnt get a lot of pressure for bass fishing so try your luck around those lily pads and other vegitaion.
