Does anybody know anything about the closure on the snohomish for sturgeon? I heard it was closed from the I-5 bridge up.

I don't know anything about the closure but I did talk with someone the other day who said it was very good fishing. I've never tried this fishery and would like to do so sometime. Anyone who knows the fishery want to share a trip, using my boat?

It's open from Hiway 2 bridge to the mouth for Sturgon(hope it's spelled right). But not for Steelhead. Just anything else as per Dept of F&W. Jim S. laugh

I fish every year from the mouth to I-5 and do rather well for them. Some are being cought now but think the water needs to warm up some. Out in the salt take a lot of sand shrimp as the crabs get hungary. rolleyes
