New to Kirkland Wa need places and rivers to fish - 08/21/07 12:52 AM

Just moved to Kirkland Wa and I'm looking for rivers to bank fish for salmon and steelhead. I have fished the Skykomish and the Nisqually rivers and found a few holes, but I'm looking for places closer to Kirkland. I'm not asking for any honey holes just some places to start at an learn the river. Any info would be great, I have all the rods and reels and majority of the gear needed just some directions an some pointers would be great.

Thanks,
Todd

Hey Abu-Looms I am having trouble getting an account with the site. I'm answering all the questions and it's telling me that I must complete the form. Any suggestions would be great, an thanks for your response.

the snohomish, sky and the snoqualmie are the closest rivers near you in kirkland. theres the tolt but i have never fished it. its pretty mush just the lake if your looking for in kirkland fishing. but the snohomish river system is only about a 30 minuet drive so i would concider that pretty close.
