How to post pics??

I have tried to sell several items on this site over the years & haven't had the best of luck!! I know everyone wants pics!! Frick, I'm not tech savvy with this kinda thing, is there a tutorial regarding how to post pics somewhere?? I did a search but nothing came up?? Please help a guy out!! Thanx
