elk help

I have a special hunt that starts 12-9-02 and runs through the end of the year. It is for any elk but I want to shoot a big bull. It is with a rifle and is good in GMU's 127-142. I don't know much about these areas but know there are elk near cheney and mica. If anyone has info that could help me bang a nice bull in any of the areas listed above I will definately make it worth your while. $ thanks for any help.

I wish I could help you out Kid, but I no nothing of those areas either. I have hunted whitetails over there but never saw an elk one!

Try the biologists as suggested earlier.

I've also hunted deer over there,and have never seen an elk in that area. Good luck.
