ML for blacktails?

I'm a veteran smokepoler (elk and muleys), but a novice on blacktails. I decided at the last minute to give W Wash a try, and wondered if anyone had advice on particular GMU's that have good numbers of deer and not too many hunters. I don't really care about bagging a trophy, and am willing to hike.

Any thoughts?
