Cicero Alternate?

I haven't been up there yet, but someone said the Cicero launch on the NF Stilly was gated and locked. Where is the DFW access located? Any info will be greatly appreciated!

There is no developed access. Mike Kinney says that there is a spot just downstream of the gated area that is WDFW property, but it's pretty rough (I'd say you could launch a raft there, but you'd have to carry it a ways). The next available place to launch a boat is clear down at the Lime Quarry. I'll check with the WDFW and get back to you with what info I can.
