Some new offerings from Rvrfshr Products! - 07/11/13 03:37 PM

After filling many requests for custom painted this, or custom painted that, we've decided to add a few things to our regular lineup and just make them available all the time!

First comes a few of the custom colored 50/50's...the special edition colored spoons sold out really quickly and the requests keep coming in to make more, so here they are...in addition to the usual copper, silver, brass, gold, and the venerable gold/silver 50/50, we now stock silver/green, silver/blue, brass/purple, and brass/pink 50/50's!

Here they are:

We've been doing quite a few spinner bodies for folks who like to have a little color on the spinner body instead of solid silver or gold to use during the lower and clearer water we get this time of year, so we've decided to add a few to our selection!

Right now the silver/blue, silver/green, silver/purple, and silver/pink spinner combos are available in both #4 and #5 spinner sizes.

And last...because it is indeed that time of year...humpy lures!

First is a simple pink spoon. This works fine in rivers, but really shines out in the salt. Anywhere that you'd use a buzz bomb, try this one instead, and just cast it out and retrieve it slowly. The ability to fish it a lot slower than a buzz bomb is what makes this spoon an excellent still water humpy lure!

Next is a mini Hootchie-whirler, made especially for humpies. This little guy is built on a #3 spinner base, and the entire lure, including the UV hootchie skirt, is only about 3 1/2 inches long. It's the humpy version of the same ones we use for coho in the fall...and though I haven't used it for coho yet, I suspect it will be a pretty good coho lure if we get really low and clear conditions again this fall in the rivers like we did last year.

Thanks, as always, to all of our customers...it's easy to give the best customer service in the business to anglers who are so supportive of us!

The right side of that spinner pic will spank Deschutes summers.

What is the finish; paint, anodized?

ETA on #3s?

Cool finishes.... but you ain't foolin' anyone, toff. Those must be the Signature "Boldt" 50:50 Edition. Some of 'em look way more like 60:40's or 70:30's to the average non-treaty Joe. wink

The Humpy Special spoons and Hootchie Whirlers have been selling like hotcakes the last month or so...I hope you guys have been catching'em up on them!

I'll have them around for another couple of weeks, and then they'll take leave and be replaced by larger Hootchie Whirlers suitable for fall coho...they're right around the corner!

If you want some of the Humpy Whirlers, get 'em while they're hot and still available!
