curruption exposed Bunkerville a misstrial - 12/20/17 11:36 AM

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/12/20/cas...d-mistrial.html

Looks like I was right once again. I have been following this close, reason for the mistrial is due to all the 5 amendment violation on the part of the prosecution, the prosecution was so corrupt, had committed so many "Brady" violations the judge had no choice as she could not cover it up any longer.

Rich, the prosecution wasn't corrupt, but rather incompetent because any attorney knows it's illegal to withhold evidence.

but witholding evidence, to try to win a case, is corruption....

Sounds like the system worked like it's supposed to.

Withhold evidence, the accused gets s new trial.

Re: curruption exposed Bunkerville a misstrial - 12/21/17 05:41 PM

Do some research Salmo, the USAA, FBI and BLM did some pretty bad stuff in this case, violated many laws and constitutional rights and did it with the specific intent to give a narrative which was not the truth, to more of less write a false history to justify the end result they wanted to achieve. Their intent was not in the best interest of the american people.

The intent was to sell america's natural resources to foreign powers illegally, to strip rights away from all americans and to stop the patriot movement. Their intent all along was to make this another WACO, or Ruby Ridge but fortunately it did not turn out that way and they now have been exposed.

These were bad people and fortunately even a corrupt judge could no longer cover for the prosecution and make the process appear legitimate.

There will be no more trials against the patriots. The next trials will be for the federal employees and law enforcement officers who facilitated this corruption and murder. That is what happens next.

http://www.oregonlive.com/oregon-standoff/2017/12/mistrial_declared_in_cliven_bu.html

This tells you all the bad stuff the prosecution side had done, Looks to me that all the defendants are going to end up very rich over this whole thing, no doubt the plea deals that some defendants already made due to being incarcerated for over two years and denied bail and speedy trials will definately be overturned.

Lots of federal cops, prosecutors and federal employees should end up in jail over this criminal act.

Re: curruption exposed Bunkerville a misstrial - 12/22/17 10:19 AM

This was a travesty, its too bad that more people could not see the truth as it was happening. Unfortunately I had to live through being a whistleblower, when it was "too soon" to be a whistleblower so it was easy for me to accept and see the reality as it unfolded, I truly believe that if the situation I was involved in happened today things would have turned out differently. Since Trump was elected is surely seems like these corrupt jerks have lost much of their protection.

I can tell you first hand that the FBI is an extremely corrupt agency, who facilitates and allows a corrupt culture in municipal law enforcement.

Down at the Olympia Office in 2009, myself, a Narcotics task force Sergeant and a senior narcotics detective met them to report crimes committed by on duty cops, we had been conducting the investigation for a couple years at that point, had 9,000 pages of documents with eye witness accounts and physical evidence against our co-workers. Scott Saxton, now retired and a Law & Justice advisor for the Quinault Tribe was the senior agent at the Olympia Office, and was who the white collar crime division supervisor in Seattle assigned to meet with us, our attorney and myself had arranged the meeting with her.

We met the FBI as "witnesses" to crimes, we were credible detectives who had taken oaths. Our meeting lasted 20 minutes, Scott Saxton, called us names, insulted us and told us we were crazy, but never opened our binder and looked at the 9000 pages of documents. I asked him how the FBI could take "good faith" information from corrupt police agencies. Scott looked at me and said " all police agencies in this country are ethically corrupt and we gladly take good faith information from all of them".. Then Scott showed us to the door pushed us out and pretty much told us to "go PHRUCK yourselves"

That's what I know about the FBI. By the way, the one contingency we had on our arranged meeting with the while collar crime supervisor was that she did not assign the case to "Scott Saxton at the Olympia Office" as he was good friends with the people we were reporting against. So who did she assign it to? Tells you everything you need to know about the FBI.

Ya know for years I did not have the Balls to name names and be real specific but I think what's happening in public view shows me that these people are loosing their power/protection and its getting to be the time where there isn't much to be afraid of anymore.

Might as well out these corrupt POS's.

To bad that I burnt all my documents so I could move on with my life, fortunately many copies exist as public records, in the hands of the WSP, State Attorney Generals office, Mason County Prosecutors office and the FBI AAUSA. I bet ya if I filed public records requests for the records, I would find they have all been destroyed. Maybe its time I find out.

Appropriate, but holding my breath.

Until the Corrupt FBI is dismantled and rebuilt my trust will not be restored. I've always considered Sessions part of the "deep state". I have not been impressed with his complete and total inaction as AG. It seems like somebody has his balls in a vice, massive corruption in plain sight yet he does nothing. When the people chanted "lock her up" it was never a request, "Howdy Doody " James Comey told the whole world of Billarys crimes and then had to re-interpret the law to make her not guilty, so its not like we don't know.

at the very least the Clintons and Obamas assets should be seized, which would definitely be reasonable and within the law, I think this new Hezbollah drug running scheme Obama was complicate in gives more than enough justification. It would at least let "America" know that the "deep state" is finished.

Sessions lied unt. FBI is trying to oust anybody that is not a right wing wacko just like alot of other agencies like DOJ and EPA. Mueller is a registered Republican and they want him out. It's like playing the refs. The Bundies are crooks and outlaws that owed over a million bucks for profitting of public lands. If anybody needs to go to jail and have their assets seized its Trump for asking the Russians help him win the election. Lots of corruption in Congress and the White House and the Republicans ignore and vote themselves a tax cut for the rich and a tax increase for others and increase the national debt. At least if we had a Clinton in the White House we'd have a balanced budget. Pretty soon Ryan is going to cut welfare. Bill Clinton was the one who promoted working for welfare. Keep on watching Faux News.

"Trump for asking the Russians help him win the election" - WTF are you talking about?! And please don't be stupid enough to say when he said he hoped they could find the [already] missing 30,000 emails (which clinton had bit-bleached from her servers and smashed the blackberries they may be on as well). "Republicans ignore and vote themselves a tax cut for the rich and a tax increase for others" WTF are you talking about?! Who is getting a tax increase?! Try the conservative, pro-trump "news" organization CNN's own tax calculator out with a few scenarios of poor, mid and rich people you know: http://www.cnn.com/2017/12/13/politics/calculate-americans-taxes-senate-reform-bill/index.html

"At least if we had a Clinton in the White House we'd have a balanced budget" - WTF?!! There's not even a Democrat/Liberal/Progressive/Socialist alive that believes that.

"Keep on watching Faux News" - Try it. They can be biased just like all other "news" organizations who have erased all lines between news and opinion pieces but, based on your comments, you could learn something even from them.

I normally stay out of these conversations as they are unproductive and I really doubt even a reasoned conversation will change anyone's opinion. But, with your dumbfukry and a few glasses of holiday cheer, I couldn't resist.

Ocean Sun where have you been? The FBI already has the facts of Russian involvement in the election. Trump's buddies Flynn and Manafort have already been charged. The dossier was initially paid by Republicans. Trump's campaign sought dirt on his oppenent and met with the Russians. All you have to do is connect the dots. Trump keeps on obstructing the investigation and slams FBI employees and CNN in tweets. Republicans are still in denial. Can't believe all those votes for Judge Moore in Alabama.

The GOP raised taxes by increasing the national debt by 1.5 - 2 trillion dollars. Who's going to pay for it and the interest on top of it? Getting rid of a lot of deductions. The CNN tax calculator doesn't take all this into affect. Yeah we will not know until taxes are filied.

Yes it's hard to believe that Bill Clinton had budget surplusses. Maybe you should check the facts. The GOP could have passed a balanced budget but gave the wealthy and corporations a huge tax break at our expense.

Kink of hypocritical that Fox News was called fake news and now Trump calls CNN fake news. Remember that Trump used to be a Democrat and Hilliary used to be a Republican.

Keep up with your douchbaggery hypocritisms!

Re: curruption exposed Bunkerville a misstrial - 12/24/17 11:40 AM

There are a few facts here people have missed, and are caught up on things that really are not true nor do they matter.

This "takedown" has nothing to do with political alignment, and has everything to do with crime, corruption and immorality. People from all sides and affiliation are going down, republicans and democrats alike. The truth is more democrats are affected because that party has significantly more morally compromised people in it.

You seem so sure about the Bundys yet you know none of the facts. Everything you think you know came from a biased MSM, who generally had a media blackout on everything in Oregon and Nevada. The news they did report came from a government who had an agenda and that agenda had nothing to do with the truth or what was good for America. The government attempted to create an "incident", a violent one at that which would in their view expand their "scope of power and control". Everything that happened in Oregon and Nevada shows you that the government was in control of the entire scenarios in both locations, they were poking and provoking in attempt to give them justification to kill a lot of Americans just like Waco and Ruby Ridge. Luckily far too many eyes and ears were present for this to happen, but they sure tried.

Trump and Russia, total bull, and you all know it. there is absolutely nothing to it, complete FBI and CIA PHSYOP. Flynn and Manaforts charges are [Bleeeeep!] and had nothing to do with the Trump campaign. If you want Russian collusion , look no further than the Obama Whitehouse and "Uranium One".

The big takedown is yet to come.

Re: curruption exposed Bunkerville a misstrial - 12/24/17 06:48 PM

All the conspiracy theories aside there are a couple of deeply-held beliefs that approach legal status that drive this whole thing.

The Bundy's, and others, claim a property right to graze on public land. The Feds say the law says different. BUT, banks loan monet based on the value of those grazing rights and access rights. In essence, you show that the profitability of your business (from which you are seeking a loan) is based on the leases and access to that land at a certain loading rate. My credits is based on that access and taking it away, for whatever reason, can lead to bankrupting me.

I think that the Federal Gubmint has some serious work to do on these issues. As bank and loan regulators, they have at least tacitly approved the concepts. Simply cutting it off now is probably a bad idea.

This is not to say that threatening to shoot people is an acceptable answer, but I think both sides have blame and neither side seems willing to find an answer that is not 100% of their current position.

Rich, I don't know why you just don't go join the Bundy clan. You could be their PR man and "Chief Real Estate to Occupy Officer". You could scout out places to make a stand in the name of ridiculous conspiracies. Just think, it would be a great excuse for you to pull out your whole arsenal. You could strap on two AR-15s. One on each shoulder. You could holster up double side arms. Maybe add a couple of ammo belts and even find space for a couple of grenades. Come on Rich, you know you want to. After you find something to take over (occupy) you could call Steve Bannon to help broker your demands. He's a well respected nut job. He could supply you with all of the conspiracy you want. You could even convert to Mormonism and have more than one Bigfoot wife. Maybe 3 or 4. Just think of all of the hairy, Mormon, anti government, illiterate, and very smelly children you could spawn. Then once you've raised the mixed kids you could start a new political party. Maybe something like "The Bigfoot Sh!t Will Hit the Fan Party". Believe me and as evidenced by Charles Manson and his "family" anything is possible. Remember if you have mixed kids and they can't prove their citizenship Trump could have them deported so make sure you get birth certificates at the veterinarian's clinic when each kid is born.

I'm not one to be part of a group or anything like that, I naturally gravitate towards not taking too many risks, and avoiding situations which are dangerous or in which I may become compromised.

I do have principles and do take all this corrupt government stuff personally but since Trump has taken over the good guys are winning, so I am optimistic.

We all should take corrupt government personally because its corrupt at our expense..

He spends truckloads of tax money golfing. He just added 2 trillion dollars to the national debt with his tax package.

and yes the good guys are winning, because the culture of corruption is ending. If Trump would not have been elected, Ed Murrays baby raping would still be a secret and he would be in his second term of office today. The Bundy's and the other patriots would have had to endure a corrupt process without justice and would have been made examples of with sentences which would have kept them in federal prison till they were dead.

The united States is no longer a safe haven for corrupt politicians. The most corrupt states like this one are going to be much different by the time Trump is out of office.

Rich,

The culture of corruption is not ending. It never ends. You're just trading the corruption you didn't like for Trump's form of corruption, which you apparently do approve of.

Tying Trump's election to Murray resigning is quite a stretch, except for conspiracy theorists, of which you're this forum's leading example. Calling Bundy and his crew patriots, even though Bundy steals from the public, U.S. citizen taxpayers, by grazing livestock on public land without paying grazing fees, makes you complicit in crime. It's difficult to get less patriotic than that.

I truly have not seen any corruption out of Trump or his Whitehouse, and believe me I pay close attention and I don't care what political party anyone is associated with because corruption is corruption.

if you want to see corruption of the worst kind look no further than this state, which is run like the Mafia, where nearly every elected and appointed official has a price. Look at the tribes as an example they exploit this as much as any group, they own the legislature, Governors office and obviously DFW, the tribes are smart and understand that in this state "brown sack" payoffs are the reasonable practice and if you grease enough public employees and elected officials you are generously rewarded. Is this not an accurate statement? If you don't think it is please explain. I am talking about this state and the tribes and if you can give any legit examples on Trump please post them as well.

No, it means that either she has a nasty infuction of she put something in there with square edges.

"How did Trump get Eddie Murray out of office?"

very obviously something has changed since Trump took office, and these sexual predators and baby rappers are no longer protected by the "deep state", have you not noticed which "party affiliation" most. (not all) of these dirt bags in Hollywood and the politicians are associated with? Protected for decades and now they are not.

And don't talk about trump grabbing pussy either because I guarantee you any pussy he grabbed was more than a willing participant, if your a billion heir pretty much any woman will line up to let you grab their pussy, no Quaaludes or date rape drugs necessary totally sober women, if they think they may get money, power or fame out of it most women are willing to do about anything for the right price. If they are complaining about it now likely its because they did not get what they thought they deserved out of it. Truth..

Anyways, why do you call me a sniveling bitch? All I have ever done is tell the truth and make personal sacrifices to do the right thing. Because I told the truth I paid a big price. Does that make me a "sniveling bitch".

I didn't read that the case was dismissed with prejudice. I think the gov't can bring a new case if they get a new grand jury indictment. That might be a tall order after this screw up, but the basic tenet of law still applies. The Bundys graze their cattle on federal land and haven't paid grazing fees for over 20 years. The Bundy's claim that their water right gives them an exemption and free grazing on public land forever is a claim that rightly should be tested in federal court, and settle it one way or the other.
Posted by: Carcassman

Re: curruption exposed Bunkerville a misstrial - 01/09/18 11:12 AM

Another facet that has to be tested is the (apparent) fact that banks (Federally insured) have made loans based on grazing rights at a given point in time. Arbitrarily changing the rules midstream probably won't meet legal review, either without some sort of compensation. Becomes, at least in some minds, a "taking".

The case was dismissed with prejudice. He can't be re-tried.

The feds screwed themselves by being dirty pieces of sh!t, when they could have just done a square job. This case reeks of the same kind of ridiculous sh!t displayed in Waco and Ruby Ridge. Just straight up sh!tty work that leads to a loss of respect for government agencies.

Do better next time or GTFO.

Re: curruption exposed Bunkerville a misstrial - 01/10/18 08:42 AM

Like Dan said, another Waco and Ruby Ridge.

Truth is the Feds never intended this case to head to court. In Bunkerville they were hopping for a bloodbath and many dead patriots, unfortunately there were way too many "eyes" for them to be able to control the narrative in that way. They figured they had a second shot to get in done at Burns Oregon, they even totally sealed off the area and controlled movement but technology got in the way and again too many eyes for them to control the situation and narrative.

Everything the feds did was to provoke a "justified" mass murder incident, that's why they hid so much evidence because it showed their intentions.

Unfortunately I am 100% correct.

And Bundy does not owe the Feds any grazing money. He paid the county Government the grazing fees instead of the feds.

"And Bundy does not owe the Feds any grazing money. He paid the county Government the grazing fees instead of the feds."

Which makes total sense to the ignorant since the land is federal land, not county land. Any money Bundy gave to the County for grazing could be describes as a donation, since the County has zero authority to collect grazing fees for use of federal land.

Let's talk more about Trump and corruption.

Tell us about the Trump Tower Batumi deal, Rich. I'm sure breitbart and infowars have done stories on it, right? Stories on B.T.A. bank and the Silk Road Group had to have been on there, haven't they?

How about Deutsche Bank and his and Kushner's dealings with them? Anything on that?

Here are a couple notes from an article in The Atlantic - go ahead and discredit the source, it's all easily confirmed facts.

A major construction company owned by the Chinese government was hired to work on the latest Trump golf club development in Dubai,” the Sacramento Bee reports, “despite a pledge from Donald Trump that his family business would not engage in any transactions with foreign government entities while he serves as president.”

Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price is flying on private jets at taxpayer expense. He spent $60,000 in a single week. His predecessors flew commercial.

As Trump and Chinese president Xi Jinping dined on Dover sole and New York strip steak earlier this month,” The Guardian reports, “thousands of miles away in China a government office quietly approved trademarks that could benefit the U.S. president’s family. On the day the president’s daughter Ivanka Trump met the Chinese leader, China granted preliminary approval for three new trademarks for her namesake brand, covering jewelry, bags, and spa service.”

Did we discuss Sessions investments in private prisons that go along with his anti-cannabis position? I'm sure that's just a coincidence.

He hasn't divested himself of his private holdings while in office, nor provided any tax return documents like he said he would. The fvcker lies every time he open his piehole.

Nope - no corruption here.

lol

Quit being a useful idiot. We had plenty of that sh!t going on when Obama was in office. Aren't you supposed to be "woke"? It doesn't do any good to have your eyes open if your head is buried in your ass.

Don't ya imagine the DOJ, under Sessions, will waste that much money re-reinvestigating the Clintons?

How much is it going to cost the Government to investigate/prosecute Trump and his extended family?

So many questions; so few answers...yet!

Times ten zillions.

Every time you hear some alt right clown whining about socialism check how much they suck out of the government teat... it's always substantial.

They just don't like other socialism to compete with theirs.

Fish on...
