I know why. Strategy & party consolidation is too fractured across too many needy and highly specific user / special interest groups to coalesce around a singular candidate that can win. I was especially impressed today by Trump's speech on the lawn about how much he loves peaceful protesters, followed by having the cops gas peaceful protesters so Fat Nixon could waddle his fat orange ass across the street to St. Paul's for a photo op, where he posed for two minutes holding a Bible over his head, upside down.
