I think being himself in real life is probably the cruelest form of punishment there could ever possibly be. Posts that reek of insecurity, trying much too hard for any form of validation and not being correctly loved as a child - if at all.

Banning people of such cloth doesn't really matter in the end and only serves to feed broken souls. No no - that's too easy. Rather, a much more severe form of punishment is to just let him be all alone with himself. Put him into a mindful concentration camp and starve to there is nothing left but a bit of rags and bones. Late at night, after the computer screen is off and the monsters in his head just won't let him sleep. When he sees his own Uncle Touchy coming for him in his dreams.
