I wonder if this puts a cloud over all the property in the area. This is what happened with the Puyallup tribe when their original boundaries were recognized over what had been recognized. Resulted in a very large settlement for the tribe, I believe it was around $165 million plus other items to get them to drop their claims on the land. This sounds like it could be much larger. Watch for dis-enrollment to start.
