How are Democrats not insulted?

Is Joe Biden the best representation of Democrat/progressive values the United States has to offer? Why would the DNC nominate this guy?

Biden has had two unsuccessful brain surgeries in attempt to curb his sexual attraction to children. His son Hunter among much worse things, cheated in his wife with the widow of his dead brother and later cheated on her with a stripper from Arkansas getting her pregnant.... To his defense he was probably high as [Bleeeeep!] on Cocaine every time he has done anything immoral or questionable.

Lets not forget that Biden owns an island within sight of Epstein Island "little st james".

Actually that's a good question Rich. If Joe Biden is the best candidate the DNC can come up with out of 330,000,000 Americans, well that's a testament to what a sh!thole political party the DNC is. The reason the DNC would nominate a guy like Biden is because people will vote for him. Why would anyone vote for Biden? Well, for the last couple years a popular bumper sticker or political slogan has read: "Any sentient being." Admittedly, Joe's sentience is realistically questionable, but he apparently makes the cut. There are two main things the DNC needs to do in the 2020 election. 1. Have a candidate who is not Trump. check. 2. Get out the vote in the key states where Clinton skimped on her campaign in 2016. Must get out the vote in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and I can't remember where else at the moment.

Getting out the vote will be greatly aided by having Biden pick a VP candidate who is black and female. I read that Susan Rice and I think Tammy somebody have good potential to bring a needed 4 million additional black votes to the Democratic ticket.

Biden's brain surgeries and his son's behavior are irrelevant, as is ownership of an island near Epstein's. And how come this is the first I've heard that Biden owns an island?

Here is the problem for Democrat voters, they dont like their candidate but they hate Trump.... That generally is not a path to victory....

Republican and many independent voters love Trump and hate progressive values, they understand that the country is literally over if Trump looses and are ready to go to an actual shooting war in the event that happens. They understand (most of them) that the Democratic party is the party of satanic child sacrifice, pedophiles and human trafficking not to mention pure phucking evil. This generally is a path to victory,, understanding that if you loose you are going to have to keep power by force.

I'm not a Democrat, so I wondered the same thing. It's sad that this is the best they could do.

If he picks a popular VP, then does nothing else, he probably has good chance.

If he starts giving speeches and doing PR events his chances will probably go down.

While both candidates are bad, in the eternal struggle of good vs evil, trump represents evil and Biden represents not the best out there, but not evil.

Like I’ve said before, it’s truly a race to the bottom and one the Dems are winning by a mile. But I’m beginning to change my opinion that Biden may actually win over Trump despite severely lacking with all things. That is still good enough to beat Trump. There are also a decent number of Republicans that hate his guts, too, because he's such a piece of sh!t and spends money like a crack whore. As I recall, the polls in 2016 weren't all that wrong. In the couple days before the election, hillary's lead was within the margin of error. And national polls well before that were barely better than that. Still, her weak ass 5% national polling lead over months was jack squat and spelled trouble for her. And when she started wasting time campaigning in Arizona, I had a feeling she was done. How fuckin stupid!

If we had democratic socialism or increased taxes in this country I wouldn’t care as long as my childcare is covered, my grad school loans are forgiven, and I have free medical coverage. I just don’t believe that to be the best solution because I am a better manager of my finances than the government is. I also know that those things likely wouldn’t happen for me so I likely wouldn’t gain as much benefit from that system as I do with the current system.
