Any one know where I can get some?
Locally, I know Cabela's has them.
Michaels and all the other craft stores dont have them or discontinued making the colored ones.
I have some Orange and Green left but need more variety. Thanks.

See that Ted's link ... pretty sure they have what you're looking for. Kent showed me something like you're describing for tying ... and I'll bet that's it smile

Wrap eggs around them for bobber fishing places like Drano Lake at night. Yes

Cabelas has all the glue stick colors you would need. Teds may have them now also. Here are some of the colors

Salmon Roe
Cotton Candy
Orange
Oregon Cheese
Chartreuse

These are used for making glue eggs, and we catch quite a few fish on them in clear5 water in the Midwest. If you make glue eggs, I would put a small wrap of thread on the hook, so they don't twist while you fish with them. You can make single eggs, or clusters. I know where the Rat got his from. Good luck.

Ordered mine from the Fly Shop in Redding CA. Wished I knew Cabelas had them afore. Another trick is keeping a small dish of cold water close by to dip your egg in after you have it formed to the right shape...I also use the low heat setting on a two stage glue gun. Still have not figured out how to make nice clusters. However, I've been making singles with double color. The pink for the yolk and the champagne for the outer part of the egg...wrap a little white marabou around the collar for the membrane and they look killer.

Divers-
We do have the glue sticks (Teds) and have them in about a dozen or so colors. I am not sure off hand which ones I have in stock because it seems that everytime I order 'em I order differnt colors.

Fabric stores like Joann's should carry them as well. Don't know if you can buy them individually by color as they probably are in multi-color packs, as they are on the website. Look pretty cheap though. And it "glitter", too.
